We manufacture almost all kinds of pipe fittings, piping components, and accessories including pipe hangers and supports for the plumbing, industrial, electrical uses. Materially, they can be brass or bronze, they can be straight, elbow, tee, cross, manifolds, multi-way and many more to come. They can be female threading, male threading, with or without nipple or nut or cap, when necessary, o-ring, sleeve, brass compress ring and nut can be available. We follow strictly the standards of different international threading system concerning their tolerances and length of thread, angle of thread, limits on crest and root, etc.
Tengfei Tianli pipe fittings strictly follows standard methods and procedures. The fittings are made with the most sophisticated metallurgical and processing controls available. Sophisticated methods of forging or foundry practice and carefully supervised molding produce are smooth and clean in every respect and free from imperfections. Surface treatment can be sand washed or acid washed, galvanized or black finishes depending upon your specifications. Accurate machines such as digital controlled threading machines are used to ensure our products to be strictly complied with the precise standards or specific requirement.

Tengfei Tiangli employees have extensive experience in mechanical and hydraulic testing. The material of brass from which they are made is held to strict formula by careful chemical analysis and control. Each of our products will pass through Burst Testing; its objective is to determine the ultimate pressure resistance. Normally, hydraulic pressure is slowly increased until failure occurs. Surface treatment is examined one by one and this examination is a part of constant program to maintain the highest quality fittings available.
